微软起诉东莞网吧案开庭

【本报讯】据东莞时报报道，5月12日上午，微软诉东莞市动感网络通信有限公司侵权一案，将在东莞市中院开庭
微软在2009年发现，被告动感网络公司在未经微软授权许可的情况下，擅自复制、安装、使用了微软依法享有著作权的Windows系列软件和WindowsServer系列软件
微软认为，动感网络公司通过侵犯其权利，从而获得巨大的盈利，给微软带来经济损失
微软要求判令动感网络公司立即停止对微软著作权的侵害，并要求动感网络公司赔偿60万元
业内人士称，如果动感网络公司败诉，将会有更多的网吧经营者收到微软的律师函，整个东莞的1056家网吧，以平均每家网吧支付微软11万版权费，整个东莞网吧行业将耗费1亿元，如此一来，将会有1/4到1/3的网吧倒闭
