谷歌曾希望以6亿美元获得维亚康姆内容

【赛迪网讯】5月26日消息，据国外媒体报道称，上周五披露的法院文件显示，谷歌收购YouTube后不久表示，只要向YouTube许可旗下电视节目和电影，愿意向维亚康姆支付近6亿美元的保底许可费
维亚康姆2007年3月份起诉谷歌和YouTube侵犯了其版权
这一案件已经成为业界最受关注的法律纠纷之一
维亚康姆一名律师指出，谷歌高管愿意向该公司支付价值5.92亿美元的保底许可费
维亚康姆律师斯图亚特·巴斯金(StuartBaskin)称，谷歌2006年11月14日得出结论，维亚康姆的视频是“最有价值的内容”
据悉，谷歌向哥伦比亚广播公司提供的保底许可费是6000万美元，向特纳广播公司提供的保底许可费为7500万美元
巴斯金表示，维亚康姆要求谷歌提供7亿美元的保底许可费
