凡客诚品就订单延误道歉

本报讯(记者田丛)昨日下午，Vancl(凡客诚品)网站上挂出一份CEO陈年的道歉信
道歉源于近期该公司仓储搬迁，导致数万订单延迟发货
这是自凡客诚品2007年10月成立以来，陈年的第二次公开道歉
昨日，记者从该公司内部获悉，凡客诚品已经紧急启动补救与赔偿方案
呼叫中心正在对受到影响的消费者进行电话回访，延误最久的订单优先发货
相关负责人透露，可能会对消费者给予赔偿，总金额以百万元计
