速途网6月2日消息(记者张楠)网购实名制的尘埃落定，许多网购消费者拍手叫好，认为此后网购将更有保障
对此，电子商务(电商频道)界资深评论人士王峻涛(老榕)老榕旗帜鲜明地表示支持："卖东西的必须实名"
6月1日，工商总局正式公布《网络商品交易及有关服务行为管理暂行办法》
自7月1日起，个人开网店必须"实名制"，违规者最高可罚3万元
对此老榕认为："我一点都不明白消费者为什么会被忽悠得向一个虚拟的"人"付钱买东西还说这是商业新文明
做买卖，必须责任第一，而责任就是必须要让消费者知道卖家是谁
