搜狐与首席营运官王昕续约三年

新浪科技讯北京时间6月2日晚间消息，据国外媒体报道，根据搜狐(Nasdaq:SOHU)今天向美国证监会提交的Form8-K文件，该公司将与联席总裁兼首席运营官王昕续约三年，合同将于2013年5月31日到期
根据搜狐与王昕签订的劳动合同，王昕将享有以下权利：1)年度基本工资为33万美元；2)年度住房补贴5.5万美元以及一笔由董事会批准的年度可支配现金分红
此外，王昕还有权参与搜狐的股票激励计划，并可以获得医疗、生活和残疾保险，如果王昕以合理的理由与搜狐终止雇佣关系或者搜狐无故终止其合同，王昕将有权获得以下的退职福利金：1)雇佣合同剩余时间或六个月(以两者间最小的为准)的基本月工资；2)离职后六个月的医疗保险；3)未出现雇佣合同终止情况下应当支付的本年度剩余时间的年度花红
