卖假名牌 网店店主庭审认罪

30岁的青海人曹某在网店销售假品牌产品，获利5万余元
为此，检察机关以销售假冒注册商标商品罪对曹某提起公诉
昨天记者获悉，丰台法院已开审此案
据检察机关指控，2006年6月至2010年1月间，被告人曹某在丰台区其租住的平房及丰台区某小区房间内，通过她在淘宝网上开设的“草珠儿”小店，销售假冒的LV(路易威登)、GUCCI(古驰)、CHANEL(香奈儿)等品牌产品，公安机关接到举报，将曹某抓获归案
警方在曹某的暂住地起获各种品牌箱包290个、鞋6双，经鉴定均为假冒注册商标的商品
庭审中，曹某表示认罪
此案没有当庭判决
