快钱或成首家支付业务许可违规受限公司

《非金融机构支付服务管理办法》明确规定，申请《支付业务许可证》的企业“最近3年内未因利用支付业务实施违法犯罪活动或为违法犯罪活动办理支付业务等受过处罚”
第三方支付公司快钱或许将受此条件限制而无法领证
公安部网站近期披露，在江苏苏州侦破的“乐天堂”开设赌场案中，抓获第三方支付平台快钱公司的高级管理人员梅某
经查，梅某与境外赌博集团勾结，协助境外赌博集团流转资金30余亿元，快钱公司从中获利1700余万元
一位分析人士认为，目前尚不知晓有关部门对快钱涉案的责任如何定性，但这将成为一个不确定因素，不排除该公司因此无缘首批名单的可能
昨晚，快钱公司人士在接受《每日经济新闻》采访时表示，公司将依据规定，积极做好自身业务的合规工作，申请取得《支付业务许可证》
