董黎记者苗志勇V：从24日中午12点起，广元市城区112家网吧将全部使用二代身份证上网，原有上网卡全部停止使用，原办理的会员卡内储存费用余额可以直接转移至身份证上
广元城区网吧一旦违反二代身份证上网规定，第一次发现，罚款15000元，第二次发现，停业整顿两个月，第三次发现，将吊销网吧经营许可证
