商务部：“十二五”网购额力争达5%

本报讯(记者孟为)商务部昨天发布“关于促进网络购物健康发展的指导意见”，提出力争到“十二五”期末网络购物交易额达到我国社会消费品零售总额的5%，部分电子商务发展起步较早的地区达到10%左右
