谷歌7亿美元收购航班信息提供商ITA

新浪科技讯北京时间7月2日凌晨消息，据国外媒体报道，谷歌周四称，该公司已经同意以7亿美元的价格收购航班信息提供商ITASoftware(以下简称“ITA”)，支付方式为全现金，但最终价格可能会有所调整
谷歌表示，这项交易将允许该公司“创造新的航班搜索工具，让用户更加容易地在互联网上找到更好的航班信息”
谷歌还称，该公司将接受ITA现有的全部协议，并“盼望能增加新的合作伙伴”
本周早些时候曾有报道称，谷歌收购ITA的要约触发了其他买家的收购兴趣
报道还称，ITA最初要求谷歌以10亿美元的价格收购该公司
